1. Who we are

Graft Ai is operated by GraftAI Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland. These terms govern your use of the Graft Ai platform and services. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Contact us at hello@graft.ai.

2. The service

Graft Ai provides an AI-powered business assistant for self-employed tradespeople in the UK. The service allows you to manage jobs, create invoices, track customers, and interact with an AI assistant via WhatsApp and a web dashboard.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Graft Ai.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person — accounts are non-transferable.

4. Subscription and payment

Graft Ai is a paid subscription service. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Graft Ai for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Graft Ai (jobs, customer records, invoices, etc.). We process this data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. AI-generated content

Graft Ai uses AI to assist with job creation, invoicing, and business queries. AI responses may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it. Graft Ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Graft Ai's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
